How do I become a MerchandAise supplier?
Start by discussing your products and capabilities with our team. Applications currently require a private invitation. If invited, submit the requested business and production information through that link. Supplier Center access follows review and approval.
What does it cost to apply, and how are we paid?
There is no application fee. Payment arrangements, any deductions and optional services are disclosed and agreed with an approved supplier before work begins. This page does not set a universal commission or payment schedule.
Do you guarantee orders or a minimum volume?
No. Approval does not guarantee orders or a minimum volume. Opportunities depend on customer demand, product fit, quality, capacity, commercial terms and delivery requirements.
Can we keep our own minimum quantities and lead times?
Yes. Share the minimum quantities, capacity and lead times you can actually support. A customer request does not override those constraints; feasibility and the agreed quote determine what can proceed.
Do we need 3D models or an API integration to get started?
You can begin the conversation with your existing product information and examples. We review the assets and technical preparation needed for the intended products. A 3D model or API integration is not a prerequisite for that first conversation.
Will buyers contact our team directly?
MerchandAise manages the buyer-facing relationship in ordinary marketplace workflows. Supplier identity, contacts and private commercial information remain protected, except where legal, customs or product-safety disclosures are required.
Which products and regions are you interested in?
Manufacturers, decorators and fulfillment partners can introduce their categories, production locations and delivery coverage. Participation is reviewed for the specific products and regions you can support; this is not a promise of worldwide order availability.
What happens after supplier approval?
Your account receives the appropriate Supplier Center access. We prepare the relevant product and capability information, agree the scope and use the required quote, design and production approvals before work begins.
